Kelly obtained an LLB from the University of Leicester and then completed the BPTC before going on to be called to the Bar of Ghana, where she is currently working.
Kelly’s areas of expertise include employment and anti-discrimination law (England and Wales) and the Equality Act 2010.


Gill Williams MA (Oxon) LLM
Solicitor
Gill is a specialist employment law solicitor who works as a consultant for Gregsons Solicitors in Wimbledon.
She advises on all aspects of employment law including contracts, policies, procedures, discrimination, dismissals and disputes, as well as on general contract law.
Gill’s particular area of interest is dispute resolution, finding sensible, practical solutions to the issues that can arise in every workplace. Where an early resolution is not possible, Gill can represent you in the Employment Tribunal. Gill qualified as a solicitor at a City law firm, and has a Masters in the Law of Employment Relations from Leicester University.
James Cronin Bsc PGDL LLM
Legal Adviser
Having taken a first degree, James completed a postgraduate diploma in law, followed by a Masters in Human Rights Law at the Graduate School of Law, University of Leicester.
During his Master’s degree James specialised in anti-discrimination law and is experienced in advising on human rights and civil liberties including disability, mental health and race issues. James works closely with specialist solicitors in this area and has access to experienced barristers if required.


Dr Kay Hamblin BVSc MRCVS MSc
Legal Researcher
Kay qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon at the University of Bristol and worked in clinical practice for 25 years.
She is dedicated to human rights and civil liberties issues; she works with local foodbanks and raises money for charities by undertaking personal challenges, most recently taking part in a five capitals charity challenge walk in 2020.
Kay has been working alongside James undertaking legal research since 2015 and was awarded her Master’s in Business and Organisational Psychology in 2019. Her advanced scientific training allows her to apply a forensic approach to analysis of legal problems. Kay’s contributions have allowed us to find solutions to legal problems that have sometimes been overlooked by the rest of the team.
Luke Menzies LLM, FRSA, FIoD, ACC

Luke is a leading regional expert in employment law. He specialises in Employment Tribunal claims, senior executive exits and discrimination claims, including equal pay.
Luke is a leading specialist employment lawyer in the South West. His dual qualifications as Barrister and Solicitor combine with his strong business and commercial insight to give him a significant edge and have contributed to his high success rate and wise counsel. He has worked as a self-employed Barrister and in a number of City, national and regional law firms, and has an LLM in Commercial Law. Since 2009 he has run his own specialist employment law firm, Menzies Law, in Bristol.
For the majority of his time, Luke helps employers (large and small) defend Employment Tribunal claims, deal with difficult investigations, grievances and disciplinaries, and manage their HR/legal risks generally. Luke has a particular interest in equal pay and the gender pay gap, for which he has won national attention. He is regularly asked to contribute as an employment law expert for TV, newspapers and business magazines.
